Anhaltender Dauerregen wie heute ist etwas was ich am Herbst überhaupt nicht mag. Deswegen ist die Karte auch eine Homage an einen sonnigen Herbsttag mit bunten warmen Farben.
Für den Hintergrund wurde ein Farbverlauf von grün nach gelb gewischt und mit einigen Klecksen versehen, bevor das Papier auf der Karte angebracht wurde. Aus einem Papier wurde ein Halbkreis ausgestanzt, alle Ränder eingefärbt, mit Blättern geprägt und schließlich auf der Karte befestigt. Das Mädchen, das Eichhörnchen, die blätter und die Eichel wurden mit Copics colorirt, ausgeschnitten und positioniert. Zum Schluss den Spruchbanner platzieren.
